WOPTAG PGF Generator

The WOPTAG PGF Generator is a cutting-edge tool that transforms your denim fabrics into washable digital twins, overcoming the limitations of common 3D techniques such as PBR textures, which cannot simulate denim washes realistically. Our proprietary PGF format is the only one today that contains all the necessary data for a realistic digital washing simulation.

In order for us to simulate a realistic denim wash, we have to extract the indigo colors in the different washing stages. To achieve the best results, we use the latest photo spectrometer technology.
